Just wanted to let y'all know how much of a stand up company this is. They are actually owned by Sherman Williams. I e-mailed them the other day my story about the Big Gay 2f and also sent them some pictures of the engine with all their Metal Cast paint on it. They were really impressed. So impressed they are sending me all the supplies to paint the rest of the cruiser! Base coats of white and orange as well as the clear coat. All I had to do was pick out the colors.

So it's going to be Hugger Orange. Looks like I have another project.

Are you able to save the paint that's left over? If so, I wouldn't mind taking the remainder off your hands. I'm leaning toward the orange or smurf blue when/if I ever paint mine.

Since your painting it Hugger Orange, why not go all the way and do the first FJ-40 General Lee. Might help offset the Gay part a bit . . . .

Awesome, that will be the second in line horn for my Cruiser. I'm really looking for the Tiger Rag air horn first, though.

That's good stuff David. I ran into a bunch of guys in your neck of the woods earlier this year who were traveling home from a Dukes rally in N. Ga.

We were coming out of the Green River Gorge at the Saluda exit on 26 after a day of fishing and they had taken over the gas station.

I only got one pic and it isn't good but to continue your idea and egg Marshall on, I'll add it here:

Where did you get the original Big Gay paint? Might have a couple of projects upcoming that would look good with that stuff on it. (Not the entire rainbow, just 1-2 colors)

Thanks! Did you use the smoke color on anything you painted? Trying to get a good idea of it in real life.

Yes I used it for the alternator, PS and motor mounts. It's smoke with one pass of yellow over it.
