1974 fj 40

I have a 1974 fj40 and the driveshaft broke off at the flange plate. The diff is good and the driveshaft is good. How do i install it back? What size bolts do i need? Anything else to look at?

Also i need a wper motor with arms. Does anyone have one for sale?

Thanks

My driveline fell off driving home. The bolts on the flange came off. What do I need to do to put it back on and to be safe? What else should I look for?

Also where can I find a complete wiper motor set up for my FJ40?

you mean your drive shaft bolts?

looking the wanted adds for a wiper motor. if you have old style most early 74 are, then you will need to make sure to point that out.

Get Toyota OEM bolts and nuts...... Loctite them. Don't use anything but. Someone else has already tried that;)

What he said.
The dealer will sell you some very nice plastic bags with the correct hardware in them. Get a set for the front of the driveshaft, get a set for the rear. Get a couple spares too. Leave the spares in the bags and carry them with your tools/spare parts.
