so the JCwhitney part is NLA, my money is in limbo refund land......has anyone compared the 60 series outer felts? I called $or and the guy told me there was no way it would even be close. I'm havin a hard time buyin that looking at the 62 and 55 together...I can see the upward facing clips that hold the felt assy up to the downward pointing rolled inner lip of the outer door skin, but I still don't see the non chrome felts being all that far off of fitting the pig. I'm about to pull the trigger on a set just to see, but if any of you have had a 60 series felt apart and in your hands, please pipe up. Thanks
The JC Whitney part # I posted?![]()
LAMBCRUSHER said:Si. I have no doubt the 60 series rubber will work. they will be installed the day they arrive.
I will post the process on this thread...tools required are razor knife and some dykes.
How many dykes does it take to hold the razor knife ?
