Bonding time

Our older dog (who is allowed to sleep inside) came and found me last night at 11.30pm... and then decided she was sleeping with me. I think there was a storm hanging around for a bit but never materialised properly.

She just fidgeted and insisted on lying right up next to me....

In contrast, we now have a security camera up to see what the other dog gets up to (this is camera #1 of 3 - the others are going up today once I work out how they are going to be mounted) and he only bothered going for a walk (that was picked up by the camera) once during the night, which is a bonus... now to see what he gets up to during the day! I do need to move a Land Cruiser out the way in the front yard so there is a clear view of the yard....

Despite the look on Dexter's face in the first pic, he loves cruising PCH with us in the '63 Falcon. It was just the two of us for this trip, so he got the front seat.

Took my driving test in a borrowed mid-60's Comet! BTW: Not many who are not from SoCal would know what "PCH" is (Pacific Coast Highway or Hwy 1)

Someone has learnt to jump up onto the old Daihatsu... Couldn't find him one morning until I went out the front door and he decided to reveal his new hidey hole.

Relevant because it has a Toyota 12R and 1,000kg payload... It would slow but it would get there eventually.
