@Ozark cruiser, I know it's been a long time since you did this. Do you remember if there was a left/right order to the rear coil springs?

Also, how hard is it to turn the adjuster knobs of the front struts with fingers and how many turns can you turn them? mine is very very tight and almost impossible to turn without pliers, and I can't turn them more than 5 clicks or so.
Spring placement I have found depends on how the vehicle is loaded I end up with tall spring on driver side in rear most of the time. The adjusters some are harder than others but should be many more clicks than 5 on compression adjustment the rebound is super easy but hard to feel the clicks but should be easy to turn

Would not change a thing on mine and would do it all over again.
Love it. Michelins are due for replacement soon. Figured we’ve creeped into six digits on the odometer, may as well tackle a suspension refresh while we’re in there. Yours was the poster child for what I visioned.

Time to piece the kit.

Look nice!! Is the vehicle all stock weight too?

Would you mind sharing your hub to fender measurements? Always nice to have those up here on the forum for future reference.

C59-544 in the front and c59-599v in the rear it sits perfect with drawer weight and no weight in front but still would be real nice with a winch behind factory front bumper

Turns out Dobinsons has reworked the c59-599v rear springs and they don’t sit like Jomelo and my 200 with them. They are 1” higher

I'm not sure if they've been reworked or if the published dimensions have changed. My luck with predicting actual lift height with Dobinsons coils has been pretty poor. I've posted some of this in other threads but I started with the 59-540 front coils (1.4" with no load advertised) and 59-535 rear coils (which was 2" no load at the time but is now showing 3" no load). I ended up with a bunch of rake with this setup. Then I added a TJM bumper and swapped the front coils to the 59-542 coils (2" with up to 110 lbs load). Still had rake. Then recently replaced the rear coils with 59-559v coils (2" variable rate coil with no load). I still have rake and would probably prefer having the 59-544 front coils but don't think I'll go through the effort of swapping. I now have a bunch of extra coils in the garage too.

If anyone wants any coils, I have the set of rear 59-535 coils in Austin. And the front 59-540s and a set of OME 7220s in Chattanooga, TN. And would love to swap for for a set of 59-544 front coils if anyone is interested.

It is all stock weight minus the third row I took out.
I will have to get the dimensions later I dont have them on hand.

I originally went with the 542's up front but the rake was still a little much for me. I pull a light boat about 800 tongue weight, it barely moves the springs.
As far as the ride, it is way better than stock in my opinion, no floating, 0 nose dive, I am not taking corners at high speed though, it is tall...I am 6'5'' and step way down. Everyone else jumps up to get in and comments...did you lift this thing? duh!

I do have a set of basically brand new 542's though. Less than 5000 miles and stock 2019 UCA's with less than 15K on them.

Yeah, i have the same problem right now. I put on the 59-542 up front and the 59-559v in the rear and it is almost 2" higher in the rear. I want to get it as level as possible without putting a stiffer spring upfront. I am measuring 37.5 up front and 39.5 in the rear with 285/70/18 recon grapplers. I was thinking about trying the OME 2721 to get it level with the front, any one have input on those springs?

The 544’s in the front will give you at least another inch if not more I would stick with the Dobinson IMO.

Yeah you were how we discovered this. Sucks when Dobinsons changes s*** that works.

Why we cant have nice things. The ride is fantastic but i don't want to go with a stiffer spring up front and any higher due to it being my wifes DD right now and she's only 5' on a good day.

Just ordered the 2721 spring. if i am correct the free height is 440mm on one side and 470mm on the other side for Dobinsons and A: 440 mm / B: 430 mm for OME will bring it down just slightly.
