I suspect the root cause is the 2016 production run started in august or september of 2015.I do find different part numbers for Denso sensors for MY 2013/2016 according to the RockAuto site:
5500106 for 2015 - 2021 Land Cruisers
5500103 for 2005 - 2014 Land Cruisers
OEM Toyota sensors apparently offer two sensors for MY2016 according to Olathe Toyota Parts site:
42607-33012 for 2005 - 2016 Land Cruiser
42607-48010 for 2016 - 2021 Land Cruiser
But when MY 2016 is searched separately, only the 42607-48010 part comes up.
My guess is now, that there is probably a mistake in the Olathe Toyota parts listing.
Probably should be:
42607-33012 for 2005 - 2015 Land Cruiser
42607-48010 for 2016 - 2012 Land Cruiser
So... my answer above probably should have been:
No. The OEM Toyota Part Numbers are not the same for MY2013 and MY2016 Land Cruisers.
42607-33012 for MY2013 Land Cruiser
42607-48010 for MY2016 Land Cruiser
But still interested in what you turn up for Pacific Industries sensors.
And what is going on with MY 2015 and the Denso sensors?
Sorry for any confusion (will edit my post above).

Per the original toyota diagrams there was no change in part number from 2008-2015 MY rigs. 2016 got a change, and that number was used until 2021 (and probably 22 on LX570). To me this definitively means there are only two part numbers for 200s, and Denso's past recommendation of a 550-0105 is incorrect.
Pacific Industrial builds them for Toyota, with their part number for 2008-2015 having a few variants, and PMV-C015 after those years. Denso reboxes these sensors and uses the numbers 550-0103 and 550-0106 respectively. I do remember someone posting that the Denso parts lookup wasn't accurate for 2016 but it seems to be so for now.
Anyone that hasn't already heard, fakes are now on Amazon, so try to use a trusted vendor. I have used rockauto in the past with success.
Since I just realized I started this thread having trouble activating the sensors.. I have since figured that out. Partly because each sensor comes with a bright red tag that lists the process, but I didn't bother reading it back then.
Turns out you have to install the sensor and tire, then inflate to road pressure, deflate the tire, then inflate again. After that they should transmit.
EDIT: All of that said, if you definitely want to get the right sensors, order the original part number from a dealer. 42607-33011 for 08-15, 42607-48010 for 2016-2022
