Thanks, I didn't realize that till now! No wonder we have 36 pages now!
I do want the risers straight up, not a fan of them tipping sideways. I do like the look of the center tube with the slight bend moving it up so if you think it's not too much to ask; for that piece, could you send the longer version with the bends on the ends as if I had the risers going sideways? This way I would have enough room to play with it wile welding then if I don't like it I can just cut off the bends and put it straight across.
If this makes no sense I can explain on the phone too.
Thanks.

Looks like we will be on track to start production by beginning of next week! Here is the first full bumper put together with only one little change that needs to be made. I'll get better pics tomorrow.

That's fine, but you will have to splice if you end up using the bends.

Exactly! Using the bends with risers straight up means I have to then cut the tube and weld it to the correct length.
Thanks

Is it me or that D ring mount got thiner again?

The cap is not on there yet, so it will have 2 more layers. It will be 5/8" thick once the cap is in place. I will need to get a bumper powder coated so I can get an exact measurement of how wide the caps need to be.

Will the holes for the little led's and the holes for the square larger lights be standard? I would prefer to just have it solid with no holes for lights but wasn't sure if there was a cost difference.

They are an option,

So the $550 DIY price will NOT include the holes?

Here is an updated price list. I did have to come up some to cover the increase in production cost due to all the different options. All prices are for the modular bumper.

Front without bull bar, $900
Single stinger, $100
Full bull bar, $200
No winch cut outs, $25
Flush mount led cutout, $50
Bullet led blinker cutouts $25
Brackets for 1" body lift,$75
Front receiver, $100
Hardware kit. Will include all grade 8 bolts to the frame and stainless button head bolts for the rest. $35
Light tabs to your specs on upper bar$25
Powder coat $150-200,

DIY prices.
Front, no bull bar,$550
Single stinger, $50
Full bar, $100
All other options the same as above.
Eta is still a little up in the air but I'm hopping to ship the early orders out mid April and the later out by mid may. If you choose powder coat that will put you out another week or two. Again thanks for all your patience and you won't be disappointed.

Quick question, if you were to buy the bumper and then get a body lift in the future, would you be able to swap out the brackets? In my head that shouldn't be a problem, but I figured I would ask!

That's the beauty of what Ben came up with! The one thing to keep in mind is if you weld the whole thing together than you are stuck! But, if you keep it modular than there are many options to what to do in the future! No one else out there offers something like this that I know of!

You are KILLING me Ben! Love that bumper. Don't know when... but there will be one on my 100. Nice work.

That really looks nice!
