Haha, yeah toyota couldn't make it easy and have them all the same.

Any plans to get some pictures of your modified bull bar setup posted? That's the last thing I'm waiting for before I commit!

Alright.
So yesterday was a wash. The cardboard would not work with me and I ended up not being able to get it to work.

I had this morning off from work, so I found another long piece of cardboard and went at it from a different angle.
I think I ultimately got the information you need.
You tell me before I ship this to you.

1. I decided the best way to get a good measure was to take the clip/bumper off and outline it as a starting point. I outlined it with BLACK magic marker and cut around that. I labeled "BOLT" in red magic marker anywhere there was an area the extended further in so you would know their locations.

Random measurements for someone who might need them:
Center is 14" high.

Sides are 15" high.

Back to what you asked for:
Then I put the clip back on and took that cut out and inserted that like you showed previously.

Black color is the outline from the clip. Red is the bolts.
I used Blue to outline the area you originally requested.

Will that work Ben?

Thanks man! I think that should do it.

Did a little winch test today. Blocked both front tires and locked the e-brake. Absolutely no movement in the bumper with the 12k winch under almost full load.

Picked up some 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" tubing for the grill guards today. Also cleaned and organized the shop a little. The bender should be here tomorrow and depending on how it is to set up, I may bend some samples up tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted.

Very nice workspace. I like it!

Man, I would love a garage not filled with storage!
Ben send me your address, I should be stopping by the post office today and I can mail you that outline.

Haha, yeah I'm getting old.
Iv used the manual for 10 years it was time for an upgrade. The nicest feature about this bender is the auto stop! Just punch in the angle I want and it stops at that angle. Also it will bend a pretty tight radius so I should be able to follow the body lines better.

Stinger is awesome. Ben that's exactly what I want.
Cool, glad you like it! With all these options iv got to decide which one I want to run on mine. So far I like them all, haha
