It looks like from your tub you should have the straps with the 1 bolt hole plate?

I have some earlier style and need the later style if you want to trade. i'll have to look at my tub again.

sorry to be the barer of bad news but those "elephant horns" aren't your year specific, and check the jump seat foot pads (mounting tabs) with the factory holes in your tub. the later style jump seats, with similar foot pads, that had those mounting brackets that bolted up to the tubs side rail, where a wider bolt-up pattern. just thought I'd warn you prior to your prep work and paint.

s***e!

I will check if they match up to the base bolt pattern. ;)

Thanks for the heads up :D

Not sure how long Toyota used the one hole bracket. My 73 still has the threaded hole in the tub. I have a new set of straps still in the factory bags. Not sure which striker the bolt pattern matches. I'll have to check one of these days. The one hole bracket would be easy to make it's the nut that matches that hard. These shouldn't be to hard to find. The straps worn out and POs never bothered to remove the bracket. I know I striped a set out of a soft top model in a junk yard and may have a few others cruisers that came the same way. I'll check and see how many I have.

Interesting. I've never checked the bolt patterns. I did notice the side brackets and knew they were from a later year. Now I have to check and see if they match the earlier FJ25 and 1961 FJ40 jump seats:hhmm: This 62 to what 64 or 65 is the only type of long jump seat I don't have. Well at least US imported style. I know they were used many years later in other markets after the US mandated a rollbar.
