just tried to install my add a leaf to my 2020 trd off road. got it all apart and realized the spring pin is offset by about 2 inches. fits fine on the front portion of spring but will hit clamp surrounding spring on the rear portion. called deaver and they suggested spring is designed to fit 2005-23 tacoma. many variations? suggested i cut spring or remove rivited spring container on rear portion of spring. anyone had these same issues? and how did you overcome it? thinking ill just cut spring down? lookin for feedback

ended up cutting spring. works fine
