check the EFI fuse under the hood.
NorCalDoug, you were spot-on with your comment. When the fusible link was burned out, I had been pulling fuses to check them. I hadn't set the EFI fuse properly. Once properly seated, it fired right up.


Once again the 80-series Tech guys save the day. :) Thanks again the the help.


At this point, everything but the radio, alarm, and interior lights seem to work. None of which bother me enough to stand outside with a flashlight to mess with. The truck is driveable at this point and I'm happy.
 
Check the "DOME" fuse in the panel under the hood (between the battery and the ABS actuator). It is 10 amps and is in the rearmost outer corner of the box.

You are correct. It was burned out and I overlooked it. I replaced it and the interior lights, radio, and alarm are back in action. Thanks.
