NorCalDoug, you were spot-on with your comment. When the fusible link was burned out, I had been pulling fuses to check them. I hadn't set the EFI fuse properly. Once properly seated, it fired right up.crank but no start?

You are correct. It was burned out and I overlooked it. I replaced it and the interior lights, radio, and alarm are back in action. Thanks.Check the "DOME" fuse in the panel under the hood (between the battery and the ABS actuator). It is 10 amps and is in the rearmost outer corner of the box.
