It was actually my grandmothers car, bought new. $7700 smackers on the price sticker. 23k miles on it when i got it in 1989. 2 door, Power everything, landau top, whitewalls and wire hubcaps. I wanted a 57 ragtop sunroof bug for sale, and was given this instead. I didn't want it, until I realized the one wheel peel, and functional ac. We had it appraised in 1989 for 5k for insurance purposes. Drove it for several years, until i sold it for 3k. The girl that bought it totaled it when she wrapped it around a concrete lightpole.
This is the only pic I have of it. Had lowered the rear with stock mustang coil springs(icky, ferd parts on a chebby), and cut/heated the front springs. Windows were a layer of 5% and 20% film all the way around, ans 35% down the windshield. I kept my grandmothers fl state sheriff's association 10 year member plate on the front.

should have plugged a battery charger into an outlet and used a sharpie on a battery or two and done an aussie ver as well.
