Got the radiator pulled out. Trying to save some mess later. Only 1 Gallon came out.

The bolt holes on the front bumper are about 37.5" apart. between the hoop stinger, there is only about 20".

That would be about 95cm between holes. Not too hard to weld something together, so I think that light would work. May be tight to the valence, but looks pretty cool with flood and spots..

Ok based on the measurements. I'll run these as driving lights

And this bar. It's 25 inches but we can make it work

You may want floods on the side mounting points. Does that come in a flood?

If it matters, I am going with the same Kawell unit you listed in the middle of my bumper and then those little floods pointed down and out.

I have all of these lights (equiv) at my house if you want to mock it up next weekend before you buy it.

.

I have ordered the light bar and those pods this morning. The metaltech bumper has one more set of light tabs on the side. I'm planing on using those for 3 inch cubes with flood pattern for those.

These

Thinking about scrapping the powerdercoating green and painting with that same color you used.

Really like how it turned out.

The under hood lights are a fantastic idea, going to add that to my project list. I think you will be happy with the Kawell lights, they are very well built units. I have the flood version of the pods you listed and they make perfect ditch lights. I will say you may be a bit disappointed with your oil separator though. Not that they don't work, but do to the small size of the unit you will most likely end up emptying it every time you fill up. I had the exact same setup on the 94 before I rebuilt it and ended up removing it because I got tired of dealing with it. In any case you will be surprised how much junk they keep out of the manifold.

I will work on the lights over the Christmas Break and test everything out. Looks like I will have to do some trimming to the dash to make the switches fit. After I cleaned the intake and everything else i had apart will see how much crap it will catch.

I absolutely love the color and I think with the motor out and be able to paint the whole thing. That will look awesome.

I have been searching for the correct bulb sizes for the dome lights so I can upgrade those to led as well do you guys know what they are or have a link to mr China?

Got couple of things done today. I think I found good spots for some of my lights. I'm waiting for some brackets for the other set. Buffed the whole truck. And installed my steering stabilizer. I'm still trying to figure out the vibration in the front. Comes at low rpms it's not constant at comes at different speeds. Most of them I feel at 40-50 miles per hour and around 1700-1900 rpms. But also the vibration/rumble can be reproduced when I go into to reverse sometimes....So I'm thinking transmission. Will see.

Sammy, pull out the front driveshaft and see if the vibrations continue. Great way to eliminate the whole front end.
