So, pull ABS sensor, pull cap and C-Clip, pull the caliper and hang it, pop off the steering knuckle, pull the axle. I thought through this and came back to edit my post but saw your amended instructions :) I'll have to be careful with that steering knuckle, will be heavy.

@oakback ; The differential seal(s)

I'm a bit excessive with the MP (M1 wheel bearing) grease on differential oil seal:

I assume the front drive shaft (CV) "ring looking one" differential side you're speaking of, is the dust cover:

In this picture I pulled ABS wheel sensor form bottom up. It's a must to get ABS wire and brake lines safely out of way. Tip never prying out ABS sensor, can crack housing. If frozen in, come from top down.

No need to pull cap & hub flange snap ring (C-clip). Steering Knuckle will be held with lower ball joint (do not pull off) so not heavy. Notice in above picture differential seal is in and greased. Front drive shaft is there also, no need to pull it from knuckle or steering knuckle from lower ball joint. Just let it swing out.

Notice I try and use proper Toyota terms. Helps when using FSM or ordering parts.;)

Gotcha 2001LC, that pic makes it seem obvious, thanks! I'll let you know how it goes.

Got it done in probably 1.5 hours after work tonight. The hardest part was finding something to tap in the new seal with. Turns out that a shop vac hose extension is the perfect diameter and length to ease that seal in!

Parts Question:

There are 2 part numbers for the diff tube seal- one is more expensive than the other. Which one?

This sight match what I bought from Toyota Dealer for my 01. Note there is left & right item #5's:
Genuine OEM DIFFERENTIAL Parts for 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser Base - Olathe Toyota Parts Center

Got it thanks Paul,

The parts detail I posted above indicates either seal is for ;left or right. The parts link you posted shows 90311-47027 supersedes part # 90311-47012 I guess there are different seal types for left side and right side application (contrary to the parts description).

Thanks for the clarification.

Seals are different LH & RH, not sure link shows as the same but you'll need one of each. Same as 100, 200, etc. fwiw

Thanks Kurt

To confirm for anyone else who might need seals:

90311-47013 is for Left Side (DS)
90311-47027 is for Rightside (PS)

Just wanted to post a follow up. I finally finishes everything, I've had to play with the sensors a bit but I think I've settled on a position I can live with. I still need to balance out line pressures and flush the AHC system but over all I'm pretty happy with the lift.

I maybe picking up some rock warrior wheels next weekend, I'll be set for awhile once I have those on the truck :)
