I have an 04 that I’m reviving the ahc system on. My goal is stock+
Meaning low lift. 33’s and the basics. I have a modded 100 and 60 for harder trails.

Question is. If I lift .5-1in
Should I use extended sway links and diff drop?

I already have extended links and diff drop so I can easily go either way. Sway links are old currently so need to replace regardless.

Hoping for N position to be almost what high position is stock after sensor adjustment.

Diff drop would be unnecessary in your case. You would be actually lowering the ground clearance under the diff.

Extended sway bar links can be done but you might not even notice the difference. And you wouldn’t want ones that are 2” longer It would be a self fab/custom.

i was thinking more of keeping cv's happy. as id be running in high when i select N. and my low would be stock N height if that makes sense.

You said 0.5-1” of lift, right? The CV’s are happy. It’s just a matter keeping the CV grease from leaking.

yeah id be running .5-1in lift regular setting on street. when in high (offroad slow speed as its limited) it would be 1.5 maybe 2in lift at speeds under 20mph i think

High will be 1.7” in the front and 2.x” in the rear, over normal height. You can’t customize each height without additional electronics.
