Cup holder in a 70 serie

I used 2 bottle holder fron a bike and fit almost perfect in the dash... and the air conditioner kip the drinks cool....

Nice. easy to do.

I just bought one of those transmission hump multi-purpose storage units from Walmart(?) found at the automotive section. It's the smaller one. Can get pic later tonight maybe.

Works good for pop cans, and small coffees. Anything larger hits the dash pad above. Some rattle. I fixed this with one sided thin foam. There is a "free box" above the cupholder, for small stuff.

Here was my solution. Maybe overkill but that center console was bugging me as well.

I need a tuffy box for my 70, it bothers me I cannot rest my arm on the stock plastic box, the tuffy looks like it sits up higher to allow good elbow shifter alignment. Is there anyway I can get one with out having to fab it up like that?

Finally... here my solition. The hole already exist. Easy to do.
