Hello all,

This is a post regarding my dealings with TLC (cruiserparts.com)

I ordered a complete floorpan (economy version) along with a signal lense. When I ordered I noticed the shipping was very low for such a large part. The floorpan (econmy version) itself was listed at $160.00 which I think is a great deal. I wanted the deluxe version but it was priced too high for me. But I knew I was prob getting a call on thier shipping mistake.

Sure enough Brad Brock called me and informed me of the incorrect shipping cost. He then qouted me a reasonable $90.00 to ship via UPS 3 day. I said sure, but then he said something VERY COOL. He was going to ship me the DELUXE floorpan in place of the economy as they had no more economy's in stock for NO ADDITIONAL COST. Well, it was X-mas in May for me!!! It just arrived today in great shape. :bounce:

Complete with blind nuts, and support bracing. This is going to save me countless hours of fab work as I was planning on patching the existing panel. So I thought I would give the guys at TLC a huge shout out here on mud. They were very nice to deal with even before I was informed of the great deal I was getting.

Heres some pics of the GREAT piece.

What I have learned with my dealings with TLC, they are ex-pen-sive but; you are priority #1 if you have a question, problem or whatever. Their work is ridiculously detailed and when I have an issue that I absolutely cannot figure out myself then I call Jay.

good to hear they care about the customer. I find a lot of these companies arrogant, especially if you're trying to get help with something that doesn't cost a lot of money. The good ones are happy to help, even if you don't end up buying something, or buy very little.

Wonderful to know. The smart vendors will be those that attend to customer service issues to the satisfaction of the buyer. In this economy, only the strong and best will survive.

Made mental note of great treatment and will definately direct my business in the direction of any such vendor. Thanks for the information.
