watch out for Bearden
I'd advise people to steer clear of Bearden in Austin, TX. I just spent $3,000 having TLC fix the hatchet job they did on my front axle service (complete with installing the seals with a hammer and screwdriver and using a VW lugnut instead of a cone washer). Not only did they install things incorrectly, but they failed to put grease in the knuckles and failed to tighten a bunch of stuff. So much had to be replaced in my front axle as a result of their work that TLC had to order parts they have never ordered before (which is saying something for one of the best established LC shops in the world).
They are actually getting an intent to sue letter from me in the next day or two.

I think a MUD/IH8MUD supporting dealership list would be nice as well. I know there is a few. And maybe if they see that we are naming and ordering more parts from those dealerships more will open and have competitive discounts.

RT Customs- in Dallas- its a secret on how to get a hold of him.... but his work has been impressive and he has been very flexible with my A.D.D on a H55 swap into a 62. Could have done it fast but has done it right and his prices are very fair. Used him 2x over the last few years with no issues.
