Thank you for remembering me Mike. I know that you were quite impressed with my get-up and you should be happy to know my new bike is just as colorful ;)

Can't see what bike you got from the pic. What did you buy?

it's not a good ride if you don't crash at least once. well, that's what i tell myself because i always crash at least once...

everyone wore sandals and toenail polish to a meeting once for Fish. we should all wear colorful biking outfits at next week's meeting for Rory and Mike.

Some of us have returned. I, personally, had a good time ... after they welded my axle back together.

Saturday Steelbender was awesome, weather and all, and with Greg Miller driving that stupid, silly "Lizard King"

Anyway, always a pleasure wheeling with everyone.

Had a great time as well and finally got to test out the new ride. Han enjoyed fins-n-things and will be looking forward to trying out some other trails in the future.

John, that's the rock that was giving you all the trouble!

Great pictures guys. I'm looking forward to more, and Jon's story regarding welding up his axle. I've spent the weekend finalizing the manufacturing details for my slider design so that I can present them on Wednesday and turn in the 30-page report by Friday. Yipee! On the bright side, I'm actually forcasting a profit of $300K the first year.

John and Mike on the wall...and a good display of the four wheel steering of the buggy. It's half a 40 frame and part of the body. Everything else is....

I had one when I started the project. And I've had the idea for a couple of years.

I took a class this semester that needed some kind of project like this so I took the opportunity to force myself to put some time and effort into it. It has a few parts that will be hard to do on a small scale so I'm not sure if it's feasible to make a prototype.

Back to more Moab pics and stories.

did greg buy the lizard king?

Yes. He also bought George's yellow FJ40 which is a really nice Cruiser. Both rigs were with our group on the Steel Bender trail on Saturday.

From my understanding, Greg has been in one form of an LC or another for many years--maybe since he was a kid.

LHM started out with a Toyota dealership afterall.

Anyway, from what Dan said, Greg is still learning to drive the Lizard King...from all account on Steel Bender Saturday, he is doing a good job.

Enjoyed the Cliffhanger trip with a few of you on Friday. But nobody in the Rising Sun crew seemed to take any pics (including myself), so I'm wondering if any of you got any of the silver Tacoma with the little blond boy navigating?

I know - I'm a self-voyeur....:o

Post a link or send me a PM if you do. Thanks!

Hey Matt -

We enjoyed wheeling with you, but I was so busy driving that I didn't take any pictures either. However, I do remember being impressed with what you and the the Tacoma were able to accomplish that day. Nice truck and good driving!
