He’s a friend of the parts guy formerly known as Beno. He called last week and asked me if I’d be interested in baselining his new to him 78 one owner 40.

I happily obliged. It’s going to be spectacular

That’s about the lightest roof I’ve ever seen, I guess you don’t have snow load either though...

Yeah. No snow. Y’all have to have more truss’s? The whole roof area is only 27’

Yeah, but comparing wood to metal isn't apples to apples. Wood is going to have more supports for the same load. But to your point, no snow load in central Mississippi. Now, down on the gulf coast, we do have hurricane wind loads.
