Dumas, AR is like Emporia, VA, I do 5mph below in both cities. Have had numerous friends going to Crawl get a ticket in Dumas. They will pull you over for 1mph over and you will get a ticket. Guess when you’re in the middle of nowhere you need to generate some sort of revenue and 99.99% of the time tickets given to out of state drivers are paid in full and never contested.
One way to look at is you got a ticket in a pig, not too many people can say that...
I need a copy of that ticket for marketing purposes
