i use seal and peel to hold stuff and seal the truck comes in a caulking tube works like caulking and peels off when you need to remove it .valu home center was my last purchase for this also use it on some old windows in the winter peels off even 2 years later

you can't get them in from the top with the windshield in it's up position without some paint damage.

Will fall out with time upside down!
