Hi all,

Had the water pump and timing belt on my 1999 Lx470 replaced by a shop a few days ago because it was leaking. After driving home from work today I noticed a puddle of coolant under the engine and discovered a steady leak from the bottom back of the engine. Anyone know what could be causing this leak?

The coolant is likely coming from the valley between the cylinders. Could be the heater tees or the rear water crossover pipe. Might be able to see something if you look towards the rear top of the engine.

Ok, looks like they didn’t clamp one of the hoses connected to the heater tees. You think this could have caused it? I didn’t see any residue around the pipe.
