Coolant leak

Hello All,
Need suggestions on where you think my coolant leak is coming from. The leak is coming from where the gearbox connects to the motor 1HZ
The photo below shows the engine sump on the r/h side

Hmm!
Lay some cardboard down in strategic locations, ideally to separate hoses/piping from anything head and block related. Royal pia because coolant flows . Good luck.

Don’t forget to check all frost plugs. Of course check the usual suspects. If external sources shouldn’t be too hard to find

If its running down the oilpan, it must be close to the firewall, I guess.
Heating is the only device running coolant in that area, other than frost plugs and drain cock. Check heating outlet on engine block and control valve.
Other than that Squah advised on already. But you better dry off the spill before . Good luck.

That will most likely be the big welch plug behind the flywheel. Double check the heater hoses first

Check if there Is a rear frost plug in the end of the head.
