Ahh, you seem to be one of the wise few who is knowledgable about the Cosworth connection, young Grasshopper.
Unfortunately, my wife is making me sell it. Too many toys. Man, I love that car!

From 98 through 04, there were 78,936 LX's sold and 76, 087 LC's sold. If they continue selling the same number of vehicles (as 2004) through 2006, it'll be 98,598 LX's and 89,613 LC's... not much of a difference.
They will have sold 10% more LX's than LC's.

I was pleasently surprised by the professionalism of this particular Toyota dealership in Irvine California. They gave me the same warm welcome and respect I experienced at Lexus and Land Rover.
There it is ....
Jim_Chow said:Is that Irvine Toyota in the auto center just east of I-5 at Lake Forest drive? My impression is, the dealers there are pricey. I'd imagine you could get a better price at one of the mega-dealers in LA, like Longo in El Monte or the Cerritos auto square.
Back in '03, a friend of mine in Vegas bought a new '03 LC w/ DVD for $53K, which I thought was a pretty good deal since the DVD option is about $3K itself.

I bought a 2006 TLC and disliked the rear spoiler (part of a package, and according to the dealer all of them thus far have them included). So I brought it to the dealer who helped me remove it ($200 labor).dclee said:Thanks for the pics and the review. Man, I hadn't realized until now how fugly that new front grill is. Also looks like they got that monstrous rear wing from the Lexus. I guess it's worth it for the VVTi engine, but personally I'm waiting for Christo's CARB-certified turbo, hehe...![]()
