@Delta VS I just installed your kit along with 4" SLEE springs. I'll post up my lift numbers when i get a chance but here is my alignment data

@voodu3 this is awesome info, thank you very much for going through the trouble. Would you mind posting up the part number or something to your caster plates? That way we can 100% know what that particular product does for caster (whatever it is, it looks like it adds almost 5*).

Again, awesome info that is incredibly useful to everybody here!

Just had a stock 95 checked, entered the data into the link in first post, will add more data after installing 4" springs and then again after adding a set of our appropriate arms.

Need to measure @BigRedOne75 just put your rear trackbar relocate bracket on it while
Doing Dobinson front caster plates and removing his radius arm drop brackets. That were not giving enough correction with a 4-5” lift. Did an alignment after and had 3 deg of caster.
 
Strange that a completely stock (or likely lower than stock) truck barely has adequate caster to begin with.

Especially since with spring sag the caster should increase every so slightly.
 
Here is the same vehicle as last post with OME 863J/850J springs installed. Data entered into the spreadsheet.

Next step will be to install a set of 4" arms (~7.5* of caster correction) and verify caster is where it should be. The guys at Commercial are asking a lot of questions.

Would stock rig info still be helpful?

abso-friggin-lutely! ALL data (pertaining to caster) is awesome and helpful, and can be used by everybody involved to make informed decisions on what they do to correct it!
 
Here is shop rig (94 FZJ80) with stock springs. Now has ICON kit and our 4" arms. Will be getting caster checked again after we get back from Overland Expo. will be uploading this info to spreadsheet shortly.

Here's my before and after alignment sheets.

75mm Tourflex lift. Tough Dog panhard bars. Marlink steering. SPC lower rear arms, SLEE uppers.

Before measurements with stock radius arms and Blue correction bushings.

I'm very pleased with the way the 80 drives now. I figure it will get even better when i get the rear bumper built and carry the spare.
 
Just installed 6" high clearance arms to get numbers. WITH FRONT HUBS UNLOCKED, it actually drives awesome with this much caster. Granted, haven't taken it off-road at all, only around town and a little test on the freeway.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this question but do driveline vibes become an issue with these arms/this much caster correction? Are DC shafts necessary and will they fix the issue?

this is actually an excellent question, and should probably be a data point that gets added to the spreadsheet. Something along the lines of "did you have vibes pre-corrected state" and "did you have vibes in the post-corrected state". I will see about getting that added in there.

I will answer below.

Using these or any arms with the correct caster should eliminate your drive line issues.

I would say that almost all of our customers have had their driveline vibes go away after installing our arms (there is actually only 1 I can think of who didn't have them go away). I chalk that up more to careful consideration of the application and a data driven decision, than any "special sauce" of the arms, or a simple "if you have these springs, put these bushings in" approach.
