hi ,

- i did not know to look down and notice how thick the SH#T was as in order-back log , because i never knew i had to , and nobody mentioned i should ...

- this is not a excuse , it is simply what occurred , bottom line ....

- i had not logged onto mud for almost 2 weeks prior to this place i find myself in , because i was busy busting azz to pack orders , so much so it caused me to take my eye off the MUD ball here ....

- knowing that now , last 10 days , i also found myself instead of packing your / the back log of orders , circus clowns here who do not have any parts on order , waiting like you are , were actually causing me to slow that process down ....

- my solution : Communication Portal 4.0

- Please PM me and or Post here , i will check both ,

- my pledge is got this wrapped up asap , and sooner rather then later .....

- i also pledge if anyone tinkers with my time getting you your parts in your hands " Just Don't "

- my outside the box creative approach is the professional level importance i consider your parts as a whole to be ....

Checking on an order placed on April 1st. Ordered two fuel filters for a 1979 fj40. Checked out using the Shop app. Total of $25.50 was debited from my account but have not received an order confirmation or order number yet. I have been calling/texting about the door lock cylinders/key set that I purchased from you via PayPal on April 16th. Are those going to ship anytime soon, or?

Also, I have a few items on backorder yet, one of them being the ignition system from order #5264. I seen your thread on here says it's on a momentary hiatus, but it sounds like you will be filling orders that are already placed, correct?

An update on both of these issues would be greatly appreciated!!

I had the same experience - absolutely no response from him on here or elsewhere. I asked Matt to contact me one day to give him a chance to make things right before submitting a chargeback request through my credit card company. He never responded, so my credit card company credited me back the funds. It was an easy process. Eventually the credit card companies will drop him if they get too many charge back requests.

That is my next step. Very unfortunate. I have received about 3/4 of my order, have 3 items on backorder yet, those orders were placed way back in like Nov. Of '23 iirc.

The door lock cylinders he contacted me about (since I had ordered a new ignition switch from him), and I did intact need new door locks since I never received keys when I bought my 40. I was super apprehensive because of the issues with my outstanding orders, but he sent me pics of the items and said he would ship them that day! Well, it's been a month now, and nothing has arrived, and the one time he texted me back, it seemed like he did t even remember selling them to me.

My bad I guess, I should have known better.
