Oh I wish I would be ready but I think rubicon might be more in line with my time line. Emma is a good little helper but it sure slows things down!

Another surealisticly wunderfull project i found again on this addictive board!!

Man that looks SOOOOO good looking foreward to a youtube link of her offroad performance !:princess:

thanks buschmaster. It has been a REALLY slow go but I have the front suspension finally finished except for the limiting straps and I am working on the fender flares and inner fenders up front. Also redoing a bunch of wiring.

My wife has two weeks off so hopefully I will get some garage time in without the little one...

Sorry for the cross post if you are reading my ROTW thread as well...

Sooo I got home and found a bunch of pictures I hadn't posted up. Pretty basic stuff.

Webasto is mounted to the fire wall and half of the connections are done. Heat exchanger for the shower has also been remounted.

The PSC pump is a great fit on the 12H-T OEM bracket.

got my hydro boost turned right side up and mounted the PSC reservoir on the fire wall. A little further away then the recommended 18" but I am sure it will be fine.

Proper spacers and remote reservoir hold downs. On order since I first ordered the kings!

Panel for lights, Zombie switch will turn everything on at once.

Another row for up front:

This guy will be in the back with access through the hatch:

wow its looking good Brad, you going to have this ready for the Tarsands Boreal Royale?. I love the switch set up too

Ryan

Very cool work. My love for the wagons continues to grow.

Where did the switch panels come from?

I don't think I will ever get this done...

The panels come from OTRATTW They are carling switches with his laser etched covers. It was a bit of a wait for them but they are beautiful. He has lots of Jeep orientated and FJ switches as well.

You will! It's alright that this is taking a while. Properly-done projects always do.

I will say that I'm excited for this to be finished so that I can get your on-road driving impressions. I'm 90% sure that a front link suspension is what Moonshine is getting as well and she's a street driven truck.

Keep it up!

thanks for the encouragement.

here's the back of that particular panel. You can get the switches configured just about any way you like. From a simple on/off with independent or dependent lights to off/on/off or momentary etc. The sky's the limit.

I bought the rear housing to attach all the wires to. Should keep the mess to a minimum.

Brad

oops:

here's the picture

yup, that's the one. My plan is to cutout the ashtray and mold two of them into the dash panel.

Thanks for reply.. I bought the trail gear knuckle swap kit.. but the steering arm they make for it are to high and only allow me 3" of up travel shooting for 5-6".. tried moving tie rod to under side of arms but then I loose turning radius as tie rod hits dif cover.. I could notch frame to get extra up travel but saving that for a last resort.. I feel I am running out of options..

Yeah, you may be stuck with notching the frame. Not ideal, but not uncommon either.

You should check out the keyed steering arms from front range off-road. They come in different heights. Also are keyed so just as strong or stronger than the 6-stud.
