Any chance I can register a day late????!!!!! I left town and forgot to take care of this application. SSSSSHHHHIIIITTTT!!!!!!

Ditto on the day late (OK probably 2 now) registration. And Jeff, I am thinking if I get the green light to go, about running out there in the high :princess: pigwald (needs miles/fuel run through the system still). If so, I am not ready to pinstripe it yet, so it will be a campground queen. Any room to ride along ?

Who can I call or email about this???? I've been waiting to go since last year and missed it due to truck issues. I'm pretty much ready to roll. HELP

email Mark W : markw@gclcny.com

shouldn't be a problem, but check with him to make sure. Let me know if you have trouble getting in touch with him.
Looking forward to seeing the junker out there! you've been workin' your rear end off on that thing!

Sent it out this am. I'm going to stay at echo,
CHRIS- when are you headed out? Cruiser convoy???.... shot me a pm or give me a buzz 540-931-3106 Ken

I just paypaled "treasurer@gclcny" my fee & info. Let me know you got it, if you can.

I'm staying at Echo Valley with the BBRC crew.

Thanks

Tim M.

Thanks to GCLCC for hosting another great Coal Mine Cruiser Classic. The trails were great and so were the people.

I've got a skid plate for you!

I'm to lazy to take pics but Jeff D. took several. Next time just come and you won't have to wait for the pics - the Pig Run is in 2 weeks and the Fall Crawl is in October.

Dan (Blue 40) and Dale (silver 4 Runner) on Trail 8. It's rated a Black but I would say its a Blue 2 or 3

1st Broken Birf at the end of Thursday. One of the Polish brothers, I forget his name. That's self etching primer with a clear-coat. I thought it looked real cool!

This was on the NE corner of the East Property. There's an unnamed trail off 1a that's a black (it has a black diamond with a yellow sine wave on it) Again... there is an optional tough part (where the birf broke) but I'm not sure I'd call it a black.

Rausch really needs to work on their maps and naming...

We had to winch him out and it was slow going and difficult. His steering was locked from the broken parts in the knuckle. There was no tree that would work so we had to use Dan's blue 40 as an anchor.
We we're trying to get him to flat ground, but in the end we decided it would take way too long. We Hi-lifted him from a rock and wedged the tire under the frame at the rocker. Good thing too as the rock sunk into the ground and the truck WAS sitting on the tire!

Thursday I shore off a DS Front spring center pin and lost 2 leafs out of my pack before I realized it. Luckily we put together the necessary parts from a couple people and got it back together but it was a real PITA and took about an hour and a half I think? maybe longer, I'm not sure....

Brother Burl was Tailgunning and backtracked everything we did that day trying to find my springs :D CV Trail, Yelowjacket, the West part of trail 4, Trail 8, and Trail 2 (which is were I noticed it)

He didn't see anything and started back. He kept his head out the window in all the mud puddles and sure nuff.... his tire ran over the longer leaf and it popped out of the puddle!!! :bounce: of course it was real close to where we we're...

Friday was uneventful, but Bob Bascom (Red 40, and I probably misspelled his name...) found 5 shorn studs on his PS hub in the staging area Sat so we chalked that up to Fridays carnage :D

We played around in the 12 area(Blue) and got on part of 20. 20 is yet another black that should be marked blue, but I didn't see the other half so who knows.

We headed down to Stout and gave it a go. It was challenging and there was one section that took some good spotting to get over. I of course provided Burl with poor spotting and got him hung up on a rock! After many different attempts, and much stacking, he came off and over the rock.

We then tried to get to 18a to do Pizza Rock, but there were 8-9 FJC's getting into the trail. We blew around the West loop (Trail 11) to get north. That was a pretty cool little trail with nice scenery. Ran into Jeff Dozier and his friend Eric with the awesome Luftwaffe buggy on the black / red hill up there... scary stuff....
Ran 13 backwards to Rock Creek and took 10 back out so as not to miss the FJC Trail Team grillin'!!! Thanks for the free food Toyota!

Sat we ran the north part of trail 2 to Crawler Ridge on the way to the South Property. We opted out of Crawler Ridge though! :D
We swung down and looked at Tomb Stone.... Bob ran it and did great! We called for *next!* but no-one stepped up. I felt like I needed to put on a show and decided to give it a try. :D
I really had no business on it but didn't fare too bad. I got a little bouncy though and ended up wedged on a big rock and was going nowhere!

Bob tried to pull around to winch me up but blew a birf doing so!!! 2nd Birf of the trip!

...oh yeah, and apparently Burl has to preform all trail fixes or he's not happy :D
I get stuck.webp

we all had a great time . The trails was great I broke a rear axle and busted a high pressure hose on my power steering, but CMCC is always a great event to attend they always have the greatest people to show up. They have one great club and the best people.
