Nonchalantly tell him you'll have your notice with you in case there are any issues.

Uh oh, maybe he's gonna throw in an extra week paid cuz you're such a good employee.

Roger - might be bumming a ride with Spot after all. My flight lands in ABQ at 3:00 Sunday, just sayin'

I can probably swing you past the airport. Not sure what direction y'all plan to head back to Georgia, but I'll be driving right through GJ on my long 6 hour drive home. :)

Thanks, I'll take you up on that. I believe the trailers are headed back home via ABQ.

OK, We're good to go. HOT DAMN! :bounce::steer:

That's great news Andy!!!!

Now to the wheeling gods... please not more wrinkles!! it's only taken 3 years to pull this trip together and it now seems to be finally falling into place.

Andy will you still have job when you get back?

Are you guys just running out to Moab and some other places.....on your own schedule...or is there some event or whatever going on? Looks like a hell of a trip...serious trails too.

nope, not an event. We're just going cuz we ran out of excuses not to go. And yes, it's gonna be a hell of a trip.

Looking forward to this trip. What kind of rigs will be there? Specs. I've got two, maybe three rigs from Texas coming w/ me too.
I'm on 37's, dual stock cases, longs, typical Toyota build. Same w/ the other trucks that will be w/ me.

similar set up for me but on 40's. Steve is triple cased on 40s as well. Roger and Jason will probably not hit the harder stuff with us on some days but we should have at least 2 compatible groups.

just tore down my drivers knuckle and found 2 stripped knuckle studs. :bang: will be tearing into the passenger side now and still have to move the rear shocks.

On 37's 6.5 turbo diesel, 4L80.
Will not be doin the extreme trails.

I will not be on the 40's for Moab. Still running the 38.5's.

Left a message with Danny a few days ago about the lodging, but no response as of yet. I may try again tomorrow.

Really?!! Figured by now you'd have it all setup and ready or at the very least in the process.

Kind of a good thing I found/checked my studs today. While at johns shop yesterday I dug out 8 spare studs, cone washers and nuts from a knuckle laying around, turns out it was a 40 knuckle and the studs are smaller. Don't know why this is a surprise to me as I've learned this lesson before but maybe this time it'll stick. Mini truck studs are M12x1.25 and 40 studs are M10x1.25.

Older 40's use the smaller studs, think it was 78 when they changed. 60's axles which is what all my junk runs are the large one as are my spares.

OTM will be my shake down run on the new trans and Tcase, if all goes well with that just I'll have just a few PM details and my truck should be ready.
