Some pics from my Central Nevada trip I just completed with some amigos...

On this trip were:

Spressomon (leader)
Alvaro
TrickyT
Mudrak
Dunkane and Thierry and Jean Pierre from France
Peter Stadtler from Germany
Cruiserdrew and son Jeff
Steve White from Sacramento
Sean Pritchard from Mill Valley
James from Reno

Another epic trip with the NorCal crew living out of the rig for 8 days or so. As always, great food, some thrills and chills, a epic failed river crossing, and a dead 2F on a 40 in the middle of no where. 2300 miles total....about 700 off road.

Enjoy.

He was being a tough guy with his girlfriend in tow, supposedly.

Total write-off, it was a company truck too.

I'm no expert in water crossings but I would think if you can't walk through it, you shouldn't try to drive through it.

hey who knows, he could have found a girl who likes feeling sorry for big dumb guys. it is possible, i found one, daisy found one... :flipoff2:

We had a blast alright! Here's a link to a few more photos: MobileMe Gallery

Thanks for driving half way across the western you-ess to be with us Onur! I just wish Nevada wasn't so flat, boring and desolate. Maybe we can do Kansas next time.

Oh yeah: How WAS Las Vegas? :flipoff2:

From what I gather, the river crossing wasn't part of the trip; just an optional play area. What a heart ache to see your rig floating down the river....

Only if he had the Snorkel app for his Iphone, he might've been ok ........:D
