Not much actually. Checked all the connections on the transfer case, cleaned them all out with some QD electronic cleaner, and added some dielectric grease to them. I can hear the relay clicking when I put it in 4Lo. I’ve also jumped the connector on the center diff lock switch and both the lights for the ABS/CDL turned on the dash, so the bulbs are ok. That’s about it. I have a multimeter, but honestly need a 101 on how to use it. Haha

Have you tried testing the CDL indicator switch?

Mine was a bit wonky, so i just replaced it with a cheap one from Amazon

I actually just picked up an OEM one. Tried to remove it this morning, but quickly found out my largest socket was a 24 and it didn’t fit. What did you use to remove it since there’s not much space up there?

27mm wrench

Just need to crack it and it'll spin out by hand

I was reading up on the ABS and it looks like not all 94’ came with it. So then I went out and looked under the hood and found this. Does this mean I have ABS?

This would also mean that anyone 3x locked should have ABS.

These low range switches can have problems. Ours works intermittently, so I installed the CDL switch and all is well.

I recommend activating the lockers every so often to keep them from getting too stuck. Sometimes they can take a while to engage.
