Part number 36410-60050 CDL actuator for 80 series. I bought this a couple years ago (I think I paid $600 plus shipping) but was able to get the old actuator to work. I didn't return it at the time because they're difficult to find and I wasn't sure the old actuator wouldn't fail soon after... then I forgot I had it so it's been sitting in the garage. This is still in the original box and has never been installed.

$400 plus actual shipping costs.
