Hey all -

Many said they were going to make some of these, so far no one has.
I'm leaving for AK on July 15 and really need on in the next 2 weeks. Anyone on here actually make any?

Thanks

Gonna be honest, I’m swamped at work, have a 10 month old crawling at my ankles every afternoon (no free time), and have only viewed the file once. I’m not giving up on it i’m just overwhelmed at the moment.

I just received the bracket/mount.

It’s really nice. Highly recommend it if you’re in the market for one. The price is great(especially if you’re paying in USD) and time from order to delivery was just under 4 weeks delivered to New Mexico. Customs in LA accounted for about half a week.

I did a test fit and got it situated in the rear quarter panel is less than 2 minutes. Hardware (bolts and washers) were included. I’ll do a more in depth write up on the install along with mounting all my electronics this weekend.

Just posted on our website, in stock ready to ship, but too late for you unfortunately.

Looks like Wasatch Overland has a Panel 80 that seems to do the same thing as well. And it will handle what looks to be a electrical system. Not sure where the battery goes but pretty awesome.

That's the best one I've seen yet!

Any guidance on how to remove the interior trim panel for access into the interior quarter panel? Sorry if a bit off-topic - trying to run some wiring and would love to get behind that panel without destroying all of the mounting tabs...thanks!

Metal or plastic panel popping tools, but I usually just use my fingers, Haven't really had issues getting the tabs out. Buying extra probably isn't a bad idea though.

Start from the very back edge, pry the edge of the panel away from the body.

You can use fingers, or a pry bar. Key is pulling/prying as close to the clips as possible.
Once rear edge is free, pull the top edge away.
By now, it'll be self explanatory for the rest.

100% you'll break some clips. They are 30 year old flimsy plastic.

They tend to crush when reinstalling if they aren't aligned with holes.
