Carburetor Troubles? 2F is sputtering

Some years have double ring nozzles on both the primary and secondary.

Found my problem. Power valve jet missing, as in not there, nobody home, never installed at TOMCO, sold that way.
Put one in (.80) and it's running much better now.
Also increased primary jet from a 112 to 119.

Those sound like good jet sizes for a 72-ish F carb.
