Can yall help identify this truck? I saw it in a driveway and I was thinking it was an early 60s but we saw the owners wife and asked what year it was. They said a 72. It’s a diesel so I was thinking maybe an import? The dash looked very blank like an early 60s and I’ve never seen the doors stamped like that.

Brazilian built Toyota Bandeirante.

Yikes that is a mess of South American parts on a 40. No way to tell on these photos, need a frame number to start somewhere and then engine/interior photos.

I’d personally stay far away unless you actually like how it looks
Oh we’re just looking. Away from home but can’t pass up looking at a cruiser

A local club member picked up this one. The diesel Mercedes engine was replaced with a 3B and 5 speed transmission.

Looks like you are on Key West.

There's something to be said for working on a 2001 rather than a 50+ year old truck from an area where rust exists. Not to mention a Mercedes diesel... stock.
