yor campteq is frickin brillient...gonna have to talk the the :princess: into allowing me to get one!

I want that sticker too.
Are they still taking orders?
for the campTeq I mean.

Any updates on the rear rain fly? that was one thing I thought about. like the covers for the pop up tent windows with the hoops to hold it away from the main tent.

what has been the max temp you used it in? 105 - 110?

does the inside gather much condensation at night?

What did you do to your roof prior to placing it on? buff and sand? line it with anything? waterproofing?

No orders at this time the owner is traveling

No update on the rear fly - on the list:rolleyes:

I have camped from 15° - 80° so far

I have never experienced condensation. :meh:

All I did was throw it on, no prep needed....20 minutes

The top is 100% sealed never any dust or water to date

Good test a few weeks back camped with 40+mph winds and rain no problems.

The next morning

The guys in tents were not so lucky

oh man, that location is perfect! coordinates please.

Phil, who produces your front bumper? One off?

Pretty sure Phil has a Slee shortbus bumper that he modified by cutting the tubing off under the headlights

@PbnFJ You're totally right. Looks so much different IMO without those hoops, but I'm not an 80 guy.

Lcp has a good recommendation for coverage.

Poser shot during a scouting trip this past weekend looking for a camp spot for the fall.
Almost high tide for the day, looks like enough room for a few Land Cruisers.

Cool! Did you cross in Sonoyta and go south off of 2? I didn't know that area was open to vehicles. Awesome pic.

I experienced condensation for the 1st (that I noticed)
Rained all night in to the morning with lots of fog. Condensation on the underside of the aluminum top was just a film not dripping. Because I was tent lock in the AM I wiped it down and it came back very fast:meh:

Not a lot of experience with condensation:redface:

At some point I heard that to go onto The Pinacate took special permission, that said if you went north from RP that makes more sense. Awesome picture.

Hmmm....CampTeq or a Maggiolina, that is the question...
