We sold a white 94, cloth, with more miles than that and no locks for more than 10,500 last fall.

I think that is a fair price for that vehicle and if it were mine I would not take that for it.

Noticed neither have running boards. Is it common to find cloth without running boards?

IMO, I'd really consider each wagon's condition. The second looks much better atleast in pictures, the green one obviously has a scratched bumper/fender. I'd look at body the most. I never buy a car that has any area re-painted, Scratches that are "in the paint" suck, Dents can always be PDR for about $200 for the whole car. Then I'd consider how "solid" the wagon drives....transmission feel etc. It's a toyota, the number of miles should not worry you much, other than the 80's birf's. My 95 4runner is 220k and running strong, my truck is 330k, and enough people here seem to have wagons going over 220k.

Oh eveyone's moma has a green one, in my sample size of waco, tx. there are aprx. 11 80's in the area, 6 including mine is green, one black, 2 white, 1 moonglow, 1 champain

I just got a call from the owner of the low mileage one...he agreed to $10k....got to think now.

Less than 100k and lockers for 10k, I'd do it.

not to mention new treads, and the uniqre green/cloth combo.

I ended up buying the Green one with 97k miles on it...the guy came down $200 for the surface scratch on the fender. I am psyched!!
