steady the race....little by little. Rear switch panel. Was a bit apprehensive as to the depth in the c pillar, but after nibbling the hole, there was more room than expected for the switch bodies. I have three extra spaces for unforeseen uses, but I'd rather house a blank now than rip apart for an extra switch.

Went another route with rtt......hopefully 3 times a charm holds truth. Kudos to FSR for a well made unit, I had an Odyssey, at first, sadly sold it, couldnt hold the bedding or the ladder inside and was 5" wider on both sides of the roof rack, making off camber to tree contact ratio a bit too high. Then bought an Eezi-Awn Series 3 1400...felt like I have refrigerator on the roof and is a pain in the butt to close up for travel. Came across a smoking deal on this bnib FSR Evolution 49" set up so we grabbed it.......

well, the strip lighting idea was tossed in lieu of these super cool ultra smoothe low profile led lights.....2.25" dia hole and at only 1/2" depth, and 3watts per light, these are the perfect answer for headliner lights. 2 in the hatch door and 2 inside on the rear angled headliner.

Well, after about 47 hours of wiring and tucking and making sure everything is non contact with any chance of rubbing, i'd say my wiring is now complete.

I went with Red Tiger front and rear camera moniter set up on the suggestion of my buddy who runs them, seem nice and tight.

I won this at Cruise Moab about 6 years ago, never needed one until I got this LZ, so seemed like a good fit. Nice, clean unit, straight forward, no hitches and worked as expected right on fireup

Under the Delta console, ran wiring to its own switched Blue Sea unit for heated seats, XM radio and dash cam. Ran constant power for usb charger inside console.

Wasnt sure how this was gonna fit, but didnt want switched/constant switches down low, so cut in rear c pillar and turned out fine. Fridge power, water pump, on board air and USB charger for now with 3 blanks for future switches. Just needed a bit of finesse to not make contact with anything else. The ARB compressor is strictly for the lockers, a Viair unit sits inside rear swingout alum box for inflation.

Couldnt find a pleasing place to mount rear cameras....personally, I could care less about rear cameras but I ran the wiring so felt obligated to use them. Who knows, one day they may come into use. I feel the front camera is valid as all the unbelievable crap you see on media and a great way to have footage if someone is being stupid on the road.

From my brain to paper..........

20230326_125402.jpg

Paper to CAD........which for me is a pain in the buttinski, but doable,

20230326_125559.jpg

CAD to table.......again, a triumph for me.

table to truck......

20230326_133845.jpg

back to CAD......this Bend tech is a true hurdle, but doable,

this was a true challenge for me. I aint no good at computers, but second time was a charm...and D.O.M. got freaking expensive since covid 19.5....HOLY CRAP.

and on for a final trim to bumper.

For some reason, this full frontal reminds me of my old 79 Bronco.

Drivers eye view....this is with a C size ram ball and a medium length arm. Adjustable below the dash line with no problem, but blocks radio face. As is pictured, not blocking the radio or view of passenger fender from drivers seat. I can bust these out pretty cheap if needed.

Dude. I'd love one of these. Great job on the build man!

I'm looking for a dash cam for my daughter's ride and saw the Red Tiger in this post. I'm curious if you'll still like it long term.

I purchased it for my 80 after excellent reviews from another builder in his personal truck, he LOVES it, very easy to install and from what it took to get going was very plug and play with excellent video footage and field of view

Thank you for the feedback. Your review is similar to a video review on Amazon and the price is nice. Thanks again.
