Here are a few pictures of my new Front and Rear bumper, sliders, 2.5 spring spacers (fr) and mud flaps..
a little info:
1. Front Bumper is .25 plate around the winch and frame mounts and the wings are .120 plate.

2. Rear Bumper is .120 plate that hugs the frame, hitch mount is cut and welded into the frame and braces with 5/15 plate.

3. Sliders are .120 2x6 square tube welded to the frame with the same material.

4. Spacers are .250 steel plate with .250 pipe, my rig is now perfectly level..

5. Mud flaps are made from a 3/8 thick composite Semi truck mud flap.

It took me 5 days total to build all of it in my garage..

Let me know what you think...
thanks

Slider pics.. tried really hard to keep the stock Lexus look... I have a wife and 2 daughters that use them to get in and out.

I like it! Very Clean

very nice. I like what you did with the mud flaps. That is a great option for someone who wants to maintain mud flaps with an aftermarket rear bumper. I cannot tell from the pictures, did you incorporate recovery points front or rear? Of course you have the winch up front and the receiver in the rear. Is that your plan? to just use them?

The rear still has the stock recovery points on the frame, the front I am still trying to figure out what I want.. that is the beauty of building it yourself, modifications are free.. :-)

Let me know what you think...
thanks

Everything you did there is exactly the look I have been thinking about. I have kept my stock set up while contemplating a look that does not deviate from stock appearance, but you have pretty much nailed it.

I really like the clean integration with the sliders and rear bumper, but the hardest thing to do is keep the front from becoming too overdone; I like what you did with it.

Now, you need to remove the front and rear bumpers and make a jig; sell the jig and make a fellow 'Mudder happy. ;)

Seriously though, I will be making something similar myself, thanks for the inspiration.

beautiful front bumper:clap:

Love the integrated/camoflaged sliders

handsome rear bumper.

When will kit form be ready?
Sign me up

Love it, especially the stealth sliders, very cool!

Niiiiice work. It would take me 5 days just to make a mudflap.

The sliders had me fooled. I thought the first picture was a "BEFORE" image prior to removing the stock running boards.

Echoing the posts above, I think that you should offer a "blarsen kit"

Good stuff.

I will be adding AC drier protection OR moving it to a safer location.. not sure yet.. its just one more thing to do..
I wish i could make a kit but I am Anal Obsessive Compulsive and would lose my butt with all the time I would waste.. :-)

I have OME Heavy J's all around, I don't have much weight in the back so that is why I have 2.5" spacers up front to level it out.. as for Castor... I have the blue correction bushings and 4" drop brackets on the front control arms, the steering is perfect now, but it took a LOT of messing around to get it figured out..
