Someone in here said there are part numbers for bulk Toyota vacuum hose. Dealer says not so--but then the dealer wants to sell all the little bits and pieces.

Does anyone know if there are in fact bulk P/Ns, and what those are?

I've read there are three different diameters used on the FZJ. (What are they?)

Thanks for any help--and here's a vacuum system diagram w/ non-bulk P/Ns, for those who may be interested...

NOTE: Diagram corrected, THIS ONE is correct for a 95 LC...

All the ones with the L value underneath represents the cut to length size of the generic vacuum hose. The other hoses are specific hoses, generic may work but they might be molded or slightly larger in diameter. The longer sizes are cheaper considerably from what I remember.

To continue what @Njck22 said, that 90999-92002 is a "bulk" piece about 2 foot long that you get from toyota, then cut it to the length you need.

I'm smack in the middle of this right now; took the upper intake manifold off Saturday to get to the rat's nest of hoses underneath it.
I ordered all the formed hoses from my local Toyota dealer. All the bulk hoses I used 3.5mm silicon vacuum hose, 10Ft for $20 off Amazon.

For the 3.5mm ID hoses, all you need are 8 lengths (roughly) of the 90999-92003. Everything else is location and duty specific, size-wise.

The 95331-06012 is a fatter hose at the top front of the throttle body (held in place with two clamps). It is discontinued. Anyone know the ID of this? Mine looks brittle enough to split when removed, so I'd like to have the replacement in-hand...

You have the incorrect diagram.

Longest length dealer shows is 90999-92008 (2,600mm) - something approaching $60
90999-92003 (600mm) x 8 as suggested by Onur - more like $24

Bringing this back to ask, anyone know if Toyota has bulk fuel line (hose) that is the same ID/OD as 95337-06020? FWIW this hose type has NBR for the outer layer and FKM rubber for the inner layer (NBR FKM is printed on the hose).

95333-06100 is 6mm fuel hose in 100cm length and 95333-08100 is 8mm fuel hose in 100cm length
but
95337 says GECO, so I don't know if they are the same material, GECO probably meaning epichlorohydrin, ethylene oxide, and allyl glycidyl ether. But Gasoline is gasoline, right? So the hose will probably be fine. Maybe beno knows the key to the puzzle?

In the photo above is printed: 06, GECO, NBR, FKM 6701
so nitrile rubber with a fluropolymer type rubber (like Viton) layer.

The fat fuel evap hose on top of the throttle body appears to be 6mm ID and the evap hoses going to/from the vapor canister have a larger ID, so maybe 8mm ID (can't find my digital caliper), sound about right?

Anyone know which other fuel hoses are 6mm and which are 8mm?

I had leftover from 15ft of 3mm of silicone from a turbo project I used in mine.

Amazon product ASIN B01CTXVX92
Picked off a piece, held it next to the new and cut it off.

Not visually appealing but works and won't deteriorate.

that thicker hose on the right. is that a fuel hose? I'm trying to replace that but can't find which part number it is.
