They still need this part - the chain anchor eye. I have to bend them still. Couldn't do it today because the brake was set up for a company job. Can't do it tomorrow so I'll have to do it Friday after work.

Ok, just back from the post office. Shipping for one gate to Flagstaff AZ is $75 with tracking and 5 business day service. That is with $100.00 insurance. Extra insurance is $2.00/ $100 so full insurance is $83.00. And for that price I'll pack it and throw in a $10.00 box for free LOL

I prefer shipping this way because if I crate a bunch of them and send to Tucson, for example, I will have to spend like $100 on wood and then prolly near $700 to ship and I'll need everyones SS number and then there is duty and brokerage of at least $200 if they do them all as one import. All in all just too much work when I can just pop over to the PO and drop them off.

So, if each of the buyers post or PM their zip codes I can finalize each of yer costs for you.

FYI, the custom boxes I had made to put the gates in ($300 worth) were a tad too big. The weight is what I thought would be the limiting factor for postal delivery. Turns out its size that matters (insert "thats what she said" joke here). The weight limit is 20Kg and we are at 15.264 all in. But I have to cut a bit off of the end of the boxes to keep under 220cm total for LxWxH. The boxes are 169x44x10=223cm. I can't change the W or H so I cut some out of the length.

This means those of you that got the odd extra small pcs are ok cuz I can stuff them in as long as they are less than 5Kg.

One last note... All money I talk about is Canadian funds and so the exchange will be up to the purchaser. If using Paypal (preferred) all you gotta do is click on the currency button, switch to "Canadian Funds" and it'll spit out Canadian funds at my end. Also, if you click on the "personal" tab rather than "purchase" tab Paypal will charge you 1% rather than charge me 3% service fee.

I'm off to the garage for the rest of today to weld skins and tomorrow I will spend at the shop mass assemblling the gates.
