Brake bleeding 69 fj40

I am having a hard time getting my brakes bleed well on my 69 fj40.
Is there a proper order and technique for this?
i.e Raising the front or rear while bleading and where do I start

Any help appreciated.

The order is farthest from the MC first. So rear passenger, rear driver, front passenger, front driver. No need to elevate. I use Speedbleeders, makes it an easy one man operation.

I think on a 69 it is LR, RR, RF, LF. I have '68 with stock brakes and that is how I have done it...... Check the adjusters.
