Looking to finally do the conversion to disk on rear of my 74 40. My MC is dead so looking to replace with 80 series Non ABS MC. I believe no proportioning valve is required.

I had gotten the steel many years ago and was planning on fabricating brackets myself. After reading around, found these from AA fabrication: AA-113-A. They are cheap and would save some time if I only need to drill the holes (prefer bolting than welding). They are $10 each i think?

AA-113-A Small GM Caliper Bracket

Any other options?

Thanks.

I’m not 100% sure where the rotors come from - I just got them from Poser. I think they’re a stock GM rotor that works with the Monte Carlo front disc caliper (but monte Carlos are 5-lug, not 6). I believe Poser also machines out the center to fit the wider land cruiser hub.

Got mine from @Poser - no complaints. Also got rotors from him.

:-)
