I think that would look good in a shift knob...

I always wanted to have one made that said "stupid low" for the dubla

have to see what i can come up with, I know Mark (one of our supporting mud vendors) @ Cruiser Crap can do pretty much anything with those sweet shift knobs he offers.

ok well I got some pictures that sorta will be my entry to this new to me truggy...

1.) showed up at Joel`s with the 42 in tow and parked in front of the truggy

1.) Joel after his first time driving the 42 on the street
2.) He got a parts truck and found this... we swapped the bulb for one of the 24V ones I gave him with the truck and ill be damned if it didnt work like a charm! (It is the factory service light that plugs into the plug that looks like a 120V but is 12/24V depending on your vehicle.)
3.) same

1.) It needed angry eyes so i brought em back yet again.
2.) Then my dad said something about some fangs... and per his suggestion I grabbed some more tape and some white.
3.) I think I kinda like em :meh:

I also removed Kling-on from the rig per request and my want as well, it will be replaced with CruisinFJ60 Just like my Fiona has on the doors. I then Adjusted the idle and by that I mean found an intake leak and capped it off and adjusted the spring on the throttle to pull it back properly. Guess we will see how it works here soon.

Nice to see em back

Now she wont run... ran perfect around the block and everything then go to start it and its backfiring through the intake and feels like it has a miss on a cylinder when it starts. didnt do or change anything other than plugging off the leaking intake line, i even tried opening it back up. It will attempt to fire off with starting fluid but its real rough when it does acts like ti doesnt like the propane with it, or maybe it isnt even getting pane. I dont know how to check. I just want her to run right.

Did you open the propane tank ??

yes...
tank open, solenoid is clicking, tank has LPG even tried other 2 tanks but no luck.

someone knows something about this propane stuff please help me.

It's just an engine man, start with the basics. Pull the spark plugs and make sure you have spark, test them by grounding them to the block. Figure out how to adjust the mixture, there has to be a screw, and play with it.

Just fuel and spark.

I have spark as it will fire on ether.

HERE is a link to a thread i started on Pirate that has a list of things ive done.

Im kinda thinking it may be the regulator... not sure yet gonna see if i have one laying around i can swap it for.

Ok well after messing with it ALL freaking day i decided to start taking things apart to see how they work and to see if i saw anything wrong.

Found that the mixer has a busted piece inside of it even tho it looks to be brand spanking new. have to see where to get it, ill post pictures here in a bit of the culprit.

Not knowing where the system parts came from the tanks and or lines could have had crap in them, a lot of old tanks are full of crud that can plug the filter. Check the filter, carry spares.

Sorry Trent I fell bad you having trouble with her .... I still have the carb and "Coastguard" aproved "fuel cell" if you want em ... just let me know... she has never not started for me ... but like I said the Propane is new .. I never even got to wheel her with it:crybaby:
