broken birf syndrome....

the only time i've broke one and from all the others that i talk to is backing up and being locked that's the worst always unlock the arb when backing up.........if possible.....sometimes thats HARD

I've watched the 30 spliners take alot more abuse that that.. I'm convinced it was a defective one.

I was beating on it pretty hard . I would say that it would have broken a lot sooner if it was defective.

I am running 30splines now and they are working great.

Thats interesting, (when I wheel) I beat my junk pretty hard, and havent had a single problem with mine. I would realy like to know the circumstances in which it broke. I am running duals, lockrite, spool, and 39.5's on WIDE beadlocks. Were you trying a hopping/high-speed manuver when it poped? How are your stearing stops set up?

I'll be up at the spot where it broke in the next few weeks so I'll take my camera and snap a few shots of the obstacles on the last section where it broke . I can't remember hearing an actual bang or pop .It was actually a spectator that told me It wasn't spinning .
