no berries this year. Supposedly a late frost killed all the blooms earlier this year. We did share the camp area but everyone was extremely nice. The people in the left corner had a nice jeep and was local. He was great to talk to.

we were also told supposedly that u can keep driving the road all the way down to the graveyard fields but that it is very tight. Opens up at the end to turn around though. There is a gate that keeps u from going any further into the fields.
would be neat to explore that road so that if u wanted u could camp in the valley and excape all that wind.

This is true, I have driven/hiked it...... to say it is tight is any understatement

you'd be a brave man to do any "pruining" in the national forrest, they highly frown upon that and will let you know it by heavily fining you, but they gotta catch you first right

the wife's b-day is sat.
