i have bj70 with 3b engine.
engine newly rebuild.radiator changed with 4 core.
radiator cap changed.so oil bubbles in coolent.
never heats up without air condition even in extreme offroading.
but as the air condition is turned on tempereature starts to rise to 100c.
thermostate vlave of 82c installed and working perfectly.
water pump is perfect rotating water.
can anyone help me what is the main issue just heats up with air condition.
here external temperature now a days is 45 to 47c.

Maybe the pump is seizing up causing the engine work work harder when you run the air conditioning. I would pull the belt hot wire the clutch and see if you can spin the pump around by hand.
