Ready to buy the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 LT285/65R18 for my 04' 100 stock rims.
Any considerations before I buy?
Will I need to trim?
Any rubbing?
Will I need spacers?
Any guidence would be greatly appreciated.

I have these on my '99 LX with an OME 2" lift. My guess is that they'd rub quite a bit on stock suspension.

They're .6" taller than the ubiquitous 275/70/18s that everyone runs with no issues. My guess is they'd be fine. The spare in the stock location may be tough though. I wonder if you could store it there deflated and carry a compressor.

But the bigger issue is that they're E-rated. I have E-rated BFGs. I used to love them... 'til I put C-rated BFGs on my 4Runner (265/70/17s) and they're like butter. I won't buy E-rated tires again. And that sucks, because there are so few 18" options.

The Fallen Wildpeak A/T4W may be worth looking at.

My son just put these 275/70 R18's (common here) with no rub and I'm amazed at how smooth these ride for an LT tire – these are quieter than the 265/70 R18 Nokian Outpost nATs that I just got last November.

You've got that backwards- 275/70's are .6" taller than 285/65's.
I 100% agree with you on the E load rating. For the vast majority of us C load is more than adequate, they are much lighter and ride quality is much better.

Glad someone's paying attention. Thanks!
